Summary

We got to know that the snow can be classified as wet snow and dry snow. Among wet snow, large snowflakes is the best type to make a snowman.

During analysis, we checked the precipitation forms, calculated snow to liquid ratios and drew diagrams of cloud zones with temperatures for January 4, 2010 and January 12, 2021.

In first step, we got to know that the precipitation of two days were both snow.
In second step, we got quite low ratios which can be classified as wet snow for both days. However, they are just rough indicators.
In last step, we got the larger supercooled water droplets layer and relatively high ground temperature on January 12.

According to these results from analysis, we can say that January 12, 2021 was more suitable for snowmen building than January 4, 2010. Our expecting results before analysis was not right.
